Our Group Fitness Classes are 45 minute high energy classes for participants of all ability levels. Held on Saturdays before Open Gym, they focus on both cardio and strength training and get everyone's heart pumping! "I can tell this is going to be a great class. I do HIIT with Devon on Mondays but this is going to require far much more exertion. Really looking forward to the next four weeks.
