Killa Kettle Bell (Spring/Summer 2022)

"This is a brilliant class. Love trying new things and mixing it up. I was worried about being able to hold the kettle bell with my right hand but so far so good. I hope there will be an extension to this class."

"Another really well designed class combining core and arm/shoulder strength with a cardiac workout. If I had to pick between boxing, kettle bells and battle ropes I am not sure where my allegiance would lie but being able to mix all three creates a balance of overall fitness. Attending the classes virtually twice a week it's great as you feel you really get to know the trainer and recognise familiar faces in the class. Having beach ready arms for the summer is an added bonus" |
Boxing Beatdown (Spring 2022)
"These are great classes and I am thoroughly enjoying them. Great cardiovascular workout, cool tunes and love seeing the rest of the virtual team up on the screen. "Just what I was looking for in a cardio workout"
"I can tell this is going to be a great class. I do HIIT with Devon on Mondays but this is going to require far much more exertion. Really looking forward to the next four weeks. Having done this taster session I will adapt my battle ropes for Wednesday's class. Thank you Joanna and AFL and Devon obviously :)"
"Since beginning this class, I’ve noticed that I can exert myself for longer lengths of time. I’ve lost 11 inches in my waist. My resting heart rate has gone down since starting this workout. And this class has been a bit of a confidence builder for me. I am so very grateful. I love the workout, the intensity, and the burn I feel long after it’s over. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of it."

"So glad this bad ass battle ropes classes back! My stamina improved enormously after battle ropes 1.0. I have used them intermittently since but it is not the same as a live class. Looking forward to seeing what improvements can be made in battle ropes 2.0 :)"
